All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.

To ensure that your order reaches the correct destination, our team may contact you after your purchase to verify your shipping address and order details.

If we are unable to reach you by phone, we may send an email to the email address provided during checkout. We kindly request your cooperation in responding to our verification call or email to help us process and dispatch your order without delays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India and selected international destinations. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact our support team before placing an order to check shipping availability.

India Shipping

  • Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • International orders are generally delivered within 7–15 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and destination country regulations.

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer:

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹1,000 within India.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹200.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and package dimensions. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Please note that tracking updates are dependent on courier partners and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:

To process any damage-related claim, a complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video should:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the damaged or incorrect item.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or investigation.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shop Dr. Neeti Kaushik is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import duties levied by the destination country.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Shop Dr. Neeti Kaushik shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

As part of our personalized order process, many of our products are prepared with special care and may include personalized elements such as an Energetic Intention Card or Intention Letter prepared in your name. Due to this customization and preparation process, all orders must be prepaid before processing and dispatch.
