In case you wish to return or exchange an ordered product, you must inform NK SOLUTIONS (through a mail :- within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product. Only damaged products or a different product received from your order from NK solutions within 2 working days of the delivery date will be liable for refunds / exchange

If the sealed damaged product is once used, opened, with tampered or missing serial number , NK solutions won’t accept returns and we won’t be responsible for it. Customers will be liable for the carrier charges for the replaced/reshipped products. NK solutions has all the rights to verify first whether the product that was requested to be returned is damaged/a different product and based on that verification, NK solutions will choose either re-ship/replace the product

The customer needs to have the order information and order receipt in order to return a product with its original packing. Exchanging a product with another is not acceptable in NK solutions policy.


If a customer places an online order and NK solutions couldn’t ship the product to the customer for any reason like a unexpected sudden lack of inventory or any different reason from the retailer side’, the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the customer. Note: If the customer buy a product from website and he want to cancel it without any reason then with in 24 hours he can cancel it and customer will get the refund in 48 hours


NK solutions will be able to refund only returned products in case they are aligned with our return policy and in case the replacement is not possible, the products will be eligible for refunds.

The customer needs to notify NK solutions on the mail within only 24 hours from the time of delivery in case of a different product is sent and transit damage on arrival cases. If the product is mentioned on the website at an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typing error, NK solutions may either contact the customer to inform them about the right instructions or cancel the ordered product and may acknowledge the customer of the cancellation. In similar cases, NK solutions will refund the charged amount back to the customer if the payment was already received by NK solutions. Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are energised in the recipient’s name, they cannot be used by anyone else, because they connect with the recipients auric energy. There is no refund in such cases. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.


The refund amount will be credited back to the Credit or Debit card used by the customer at the time of placing the order. NK solutions initiates the refund within 4 working days maximum after receiving the returned product by us or our business partner. However, it could take up to 10 working days for the banks to process the refund requested and reflect back in your credit or debit card statement account.
